Rental Polices & Refunds Info
Please take a moment to review and understand our policies as you are agreeing to adhere to them by booking your order.
Please be aware that our yard greetings will require a grassy area or other area where the stakes can be securely inserted into the ground to display our signs. If the ground in your yard is hard, please water early the night we will be coming to insert your display.
Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation. Your credit card will be charged at time of booking.
Message signs and hardware are rented. Signs and hardware should be picked up in their original condition, with all associated hardware included. Any missing or damaged sign, letters or numbers, will be charged to the credit card on file for the appropriate amount. See Missing Item Fees below.
Please leave the display out where we have placed it, we will pick up the signs at the agreed upon time. If you need us to pick it early Please Call Immediately. DO NOT MOVE THE SIGNS YOURSELF.
Due to safety concerns, please, DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greeting display signs. Yard display items will not safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on them.
If for some reason, you would prefer to have your display taken down earlier than the scheduled time, call or text our office 1- 813-815-1468 and we will make all attempts to pick it up early.
Please protect our inventory from any damage. Do not allow the yard to be worked on while the signs are present because this could cause damage due to flying debris from a lawnmower or weed wacker. This could result in broken or bent signs. More likely, the signs would have to have an intense clean up due to the grass sticking to them and result in a cleaning fee of $40. Also, please protect them for your pets or kids that may try to play or lean on the displays.
Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display. If a balloon gets hot and sticky from being in the sun and blows against the signs, they may become damaged and need to be replaced.
We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration. However, please remember not pull the signs from the ground to hold them up for your pictures.
Celebrations Delivered 2U and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the Rental time Period Agreement. Or Damage done to the signs, by the signs or any missing signs not returned to us. (ex: holes put in the grass, damage to underground sprinkler system etc.)
Credit card charges will appear on your monthly statement as Celebrations Delivered 2U.
Celebrations Delivered 2U is NOT responsible for local city ordinances or violations for Lawn Greeting Displays Placed in the Yard Rented. Please check with your City Hall, or HOA for Lawn Decoration Ordinances.
Please be aware a company sign with Celebrations Delivered 2U will be placed in the lawn with the lawn greeting display, please do not remove these signs.
REFUND POLICY:
Celebrations Delivered 2U will refund your money in full if you cancel your rental at least 48 hours in advance or if weather conditions prevent us from setting up (our first priority would be to reschedule if possible).
No Refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address or no address posted on the house .(We want to make sure the correct house gets the display.) Additional fee will be charged to go back and move the display to a different address.
No Refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community and we cannot reach you at the number you provide (remember, we deliver between dusk and dawn so it could be a very late or early call) to allow us us to gain access. Please advise us if it is a gated community prior to the event and provide the gate access code.
No Refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display that are out of our control.
No Refunds will be given if there is no grassy or area that can we can firmly insert stakes located in the front yard and we are unable to physically set-up the display once we are on the location. We set up only in the front yards of homes as this is a contact free service and we do not feel comfortable going into a backyard in this manner.
Missing Items Fee:
Credit Card Holder on file will be Charge with all the Appropriate Charges Following the end of rental time.
$30 per missing/damaged sign (including advertisement and rules signs)
$30 per missing/damaged solar light stake
$25 for removing signs
$5 Missing /damaged Metal Sign stakes
We have the right to refuse service at anytime for any reason.

CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY:
Celebrations Delivered 2U respects your privacy. We do not sell our Renter’s or Surprised Parties to third parties.
